If you have been using your custom domain on the Moteefe legacy platform, and you are moving to the new platform, you will need to delete/amend an entry from your domain providers DNS setting.
When you originally set up your store, you will have been asked to add 2 entries to the Custom Name Server section.
• jade.ns.cloudflare.com
• nick.ns.cloudflare.com
To remove these, you’ll need to log in to your domain providers site, and either delete them, or move back to their default name servers. Some examples are provided below.
1. Go to your account dashboard and choose the domain you wish to connect up to the new platform.
2. Go to the Nameservers section, and where it says Custom DNS change this to Namecheap Basic DNS and press the green tick.
Now proceed to the Using a domain you have used elsewhere Help Center Guide.
1. Log in to GoDaddy, click on Account, and then My Products. Then find the domain name you wish to move and click on Manage:
2. Then click on View Domains Settings:
3. Then click on the DNS tab, followed by the Nameservers tab:
4. Now click on Change Nameservers, then when the popup comes up, choose to use GoDaddy Nameservers, and press save:
